Returns & Refunds Policy

This Returns & Refunds Policy explains how cancellations, returns, and refunds work for purchases made through TimeoTukTuk.

Right to Cancel (30 Days)

You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling an order is 30 days from the date you received the goods (or the date a third party you appointed—who is not the carrier—takes possession of the delivered product).

How to Request a Cancellation

To exercise your right of cancellation, please inform us of your decision by a clear statement. You can do this by email: hi@timeotuktuk.com.

Refund Timing

If your cancellation/return is approved, we will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day we receive the returned goods (or confirmation of return delivery, where applicable). Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The goods were purchased within the last 30 days.
• The goods are returned in original condition and packaging (if applicable).

Items That Cannot Be Returned

• Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
• Goods that are not suitable to be returned due to their nature (for example, items that deteriorate rapidly).
• Goods not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
• Goods which are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts

If goods were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the returned product is received.

If goods were not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
